Glacierhog & Permafrost are EXEs created by Snow-Punkleton on March 22nd, and July 10th, 2024. The two are sentient viruses using fan-made sprites as vessels, with Permafrost sharing her body with her creator, Amelia. The two were made out of a passion project of a Sonic 3 fangame.
The Viruses[]
Glacierhog is a sentient virus. He is an offshoot of the Proto-Freeze Virus created by Anne, Amelia's friend. This resulted in giving life to three sentient viruses such as himself, Glacierfox, and his sister, Permafrost. Glacierfox. He was once happy and filled with joy, until his creator forgot about him, causing Glacierhog to lash out at his loved ones, losing everything. Now, he resides in the fangame that Amelia had created, planning out revenge. In Act 1, he speaks in a joy-filled voice, and was often curious about things. In Act 2, his manner is more aggressive, and loses it's happy tone.
Permafrost is also a sentient virus. She was an offshoot of the Proto-Freeze Virus along with Glacierhog and Glacierfox, and thus created by Anne, and co-created by Amelia from the vessel she inhabits. She is very talkative, and will gladly do whatever is requested of her. She speaks in a almost-robotic and sophisticated manner. She isn’t defenseless either, since she can fight back using a Piko-Piko hammer, and repair her vessel whenever it’s damaged physically. In her true form in Act 2, she is controlled by Amelia, so her manner and way of speaking is entirely different, being shy, and not-so talkative. She resides in her Sonic Generations game, on her Xbox 360, one of her favorite Sonic games.
Appearances[]
Glacierhog takes the appearance of a Classic Sonic-like EXE, having all black eye-white, and black liquid (liquid code) coming out. His fur is cyan, his skin is gray, he has a wide smile, and he has pale blue and diamond shaped eye. He wears a blue scarf, and zig-zag band around his torso. The tips of his ears and quills are frozen. Glacierhog also has turquoise shoes.
In his Act 2 form, almost everything about him is darker and dull. His quills, tail, and ears have increased ice formations, and his white shoe bands have a yellowish hue, indicating some kind of rot within him. His eyes, while diamond-shaped and blue, have also darkened and cracked. He is also a bit taller than his past self, and no longer smiles.

Permafrost takes the appearance of Classic Amy Rose, with multiple differences. She has cyan fur with three bangs on her head, gray skin and three spines on her head, which are all frozen at the tips. Her ears are also frozen at the tips. For attire, she wears a shirt and skirt with multiple shades of turquoise, dark turquoise. and a zig-zag shaped band on her shirt. She also has turqoise shoes with darker accents and laces, and blue gloves and socks. As well as has diamond-shaped pupils, a very wide smile, and a blue headband.
In her Act 2 form, she changes her outfit, to look like Amy Rose's outfit in TMOSTH, with the color being changed to match her palette, and darker. She also gets altered blue boots, specifically from Amelia herself, and rings/weights also from her. Her fur and skin are now slightly darker, and she has more ice development on her spines/quills. Her headband is longer, as well as having darker gloves.
In her True form, she has an appearance more closely resembling Modern Amy Rose. Her fur, clothes, and skin are a lot more pale and darker, along with having messy long hair, and more ice on it. Her shirt is a dull, pink-ish color, with a design including blue and green-ish colors. She has a small X wound on her upper torso, and has a blue zig-zag band on her right arm, with some marks below. She also has blue bandages on her left thigh. The corners of her eyes have blackened too.

Abilities/Weaknesses[]
-Glacierhog-
GlacierX
- Glacierhog has a second form he uses to protect himself/in a near-death situation, or just to kill. He gets a major power boost from this, and is twice as strong.
Ice Attacks
- As his name suggests, he can use ice attacks, this can damage the other viruses pretty badly.
Code Manipulation He is able to go through the code of a Sonic game, and edit it to his liking, as well as to his advantage.
Weaknesses[]
Severe Damage to body
- If you damage him enough, his vessel will be completely unusable, making him unable to hurt anyone physically.
Short Tempered
- He is quick to lash out at people when things go wrong for him.
Destruction of Inner Virus form
- By also destroying his inner form, he'll be temporarily killed, but only for a year or two.

Game Hopping
- The two can switch games of any device they'd like, to either escape, or find a new place to explore.
Teleporation (Amelia)
- She can teleport anywhere in the game she is in, to get places quickly, or in cases of danger, but sometimes this doesn't work.
Ice Attacks
- Like Glacierhog, she can also use ice attacks, and again, it damages the other viruses badly.
Piko-Piko Hammer (Permafrost)
- Like Amy Rose, Permafrost has her own Hammer, but one side of it is frozen and hard, while the other is soft.
VOID Form (Amelia)
- In extreme situations, Amelia ONLY uses this to defend herself, friends, and family.
Weaknesses[]
Easily Persuaded/Tricked (Permafrost)
- If you use a disguise of someone she knows, you can use this to your advantage.
Physical Attacks
- Ranged attacks, like bullets will not work on them, so you must hit them with something. (Like the time Glacierhog did.)
Ice Attacks
- Ice attacks will severely damage both of their vessels, as stated earlier.
Trivia[]
- Glacierhog is known to turn into a second form called GlacierX, which he uses when he is having extreme emotions or to defend himself, but he uses this more in Act 2.
- He has no set age since he’s a virus but is 18 mentally. (counts as his age)
- He has killed several animals by accident and one on purpose.
- He knows about the existence of other EXES and Sonic Creepypastas, and would probably want to be friends with them as long as they don't harm him, or look like Amy Rose.
- He absolutely hates anything and anyone relating to Amy Rose, as it reminds him of Permafrost & Amelia.
- In the case that happens, he would act more aggressively, but not to the point of attacking whoever he comes across, unless they actually ARE Permafrost & Amelia.
- He wouldn't show any mercy to Amy Rose herself, however.
- He gets beat by Modern Sonic (start of Frontiers and onwards)
- Amelia and Metal Glacierhog are also stronger than him, and can very much kill him as well.
- The reason why Amelia never does this is because she fears him, not knowing her true potential, only able to use it in dire situations.
- Permafrost’s old design had her look like a diamond/blue version of Rewrite.
- Her favorite flavor of ice cream is Daiquiri Ice.
- She likes sitting on a bench while it is raining.
- The more damaged her vessel gets, the more scaried/worried she is.
- She also starts decaying some time after she is hurt.
- She does not hate Glacierhog after Act 1, but she doesn't like him either.
- Permafrost can smile normally, but she chooses not to. (In Act 1, in Act 2 she does so.)
- Except for when she's in danger, scared/shocked/surprised/ and sleeping.
- For when she's mad, bored, or unamused, she either frowns widely, a normal expression, or just blank.
- Her outer form (without the vessel) is just a dark, shadowy figure, with the same diamond-shaped eyes.
- Her appearance in Act 2 is a result of her vessel adjusting to Amelia's vessel, taking some similar aspects like longer hair, height, and darker color.
- The boots and rings/weights she wears are altered versions of the same that Amelia wears, given by her.
- She is very friendly, and would also want to be friends with nice people, other peaceful EXEs, entities, as well as those who tolerate her.
- If you asked her (albeit respectfully) for a hug, games, and even cooking or playing music, she'd do it!
- That does not mean she wouldn't switch up if you act rude, aggressive, or attack her.
- Sometime during Act 2, her voice changes to become more normal.
- Amelia is Mexican.
- She often contemplates life, sitting around while doing so.
- While she doesn't mind being stuck in an Amy vessel, she wishes the circumstances of her situation were better.
- Her most beloved food to eat is Menudo.
- The actions she made in the past sometimes come back to remind her of what she did, but she brushes it off, as she still has some things, and people to keep her company.
- Her entire reason for why she's like this is wanting to be with her friend Anne, after she went into Glacierfox's body.
- She was, and is still a Hatsune Miku fan, able to listen to songs via travelling into the internet.
- Her favorite Miku song so far is Monitoring (Best Friend Remix), (which is the song that she is associated with).
- Similarly to Permafrost, her vessel also decays when she is hurt.
- She has to constantly be fused with Permafrost, otherwise her own vessel begins decaying.
- She can separate from her however, but only for a few hours. And after that, then she rapidly decays, so she must hop back in Permafrost again to repair herself.
- The ice on her shoes can be removed if she wants it to be, which is why it is not on her sprite.
- They all liked to mess around with the Mobians in their world by scaring them, joking around, or toying with them in Act 1.
- They were all created due to the Creator wanting to have EXEs of their own, seeing others as inspiration to make them.
- They all have an official tag on Twitter, that being #SnowyTamarindo.
Other Characters[]
These are characters also included in the Glacierhog story, in both Acts 1 & 2. They are all enemies of Glacierhog, however.
