The creator of this page is resting and won't probably continue this page. Sorry.
I am new at creating pages, and creating characters with actual lore isn't my specialty so criticism and ideas are encouraged. Also please excuse my English! ๐
Peek, originally known as Error (scrapped name), is the result of many hours of hard work coding a way into another reality. Vincent, a 23-year-old lone man with a big hole in his heart, wanted a way to finally feel special. But due to his mental state, he isn't really aware of the gravity of his ideas. Discover the story of Peek, his ideas and creations, and what made him feel unwanted.
Appearance
Peek is the vessel Vincent uses and an edited clone of Sonic. Apart from his left hand and his face, he looks like Sonic. In the AU Peek where was made, Sonic has a bionic hand. Peek lacks a face โ no eyes, no muzzle. Instead, a camera can be seen.
At first, Peek was always seen in the A-Pose at first and could only move his head. His A-Pose issue was resolved once he got a VR headset with body tracking.
Personality
Abilities & Weaknesses
Peek is able to code anything into reality, his only limit being his knowledge and the instability of his executed code, which worsens over time. Code that failed to execute will do nothing.
Shadow Ring: A black ring constantly flickering, creating a link between Vincent's and Sonic's reality. When in contact with its victim, it is used to access and modify data outside of physical appearance.
Story

It was a sunny day. The sun was shining, the birds were chirping, kids were playing outside.
Meanwhile, Vincent was in his room. A messy one. Countless papers about connecting to another reality were scattered all over. He was furiously fixing his program, hoping that, this time, it would work. It had to work. It had to. But his attempt at fixing it was interrupted by his mother, Pauline. She was a caring woman in her 50โs and had a really good relationship with Vincent. It lasted until he turned 15, when his anxiety worsened. Pauline simply brought his breakfast and asked him if heโd like to have a break from his hard work and go for a walk outside. He refused, something she was not surprised to hear at this point. For the past few weeks, it became really rare for him to get out of his room. He was too focused on entering another reality, something Pauline didnโt believe was possible.
An hour passed by. Vincent hoped that the fix would work. As he executed his program, he could hear his computerโs fans spinning faster than ever. The logs started appearing, writing essential information to know if anything went wrong. And then, for a few seconds, he finally could see the other side. The other reality he wanted to exist in. His eyes widened, his heart raced, and a smile finally crept onto his tired face. Although the frame rate was horrible and his computerโs CPU and GPU were used at 100%, it still was enough to prove that it really was possible. He had to make lots of optimization and upgrade his device. And, of course, he would do that right away. But it finally worked. As dinner time arrived, Pauline called Vincent to go eat. Five minutes later, he went downstairs and joined his mother, still with that smile. Pauline was happy and relieved that her son was smiling, something rare these days. She asked what got him so happy, and Vincent told her that the link between their universe and another one was made. He needed to optimize his program, upgrade his computer, and create a vessel so he could properly interact with anything there. The kind mother was surprised, and had a bad feeling about this, but hid it by congratulating him.
One month passed. After Vincent received his pay, he had enough to buy a VR headset. His mother called him from downstairs, saying that his delivery was finally here. He went to get it, looking excited. Pauline asked if he was going to use it for his โgameโ he had been coding. Vincent said itโs for immersion purposes, and insisted that itโs not a game but the connection between two realities. She still did not believe him because connecting two realities just with the help of one simple computer was simply not possible. At least, thatโs what she thought. After setting up his VR headset, he started modifying the code of the program called โPeek.exeโ to make it compatible with his recent purchase. Then, after many attempts, it finally worked. With the optimization and purchases he has made, the frame rate is much better with occasional lag spikes, but itโs not that serious. He found himself in the middle of space. He looked around, noticing nearby galaxies, and one that was not far away. He expected to appear in the middle of the universeโ well, not exactly, universes doesnโt have a center. Think of it like a character that spawned in the middle of a digital universe, at the position 0, 0, 0. Now he needed to create a panel that would allow him to code anything into reality. This should be pretty easy, right?
2) The Ring in Two Realities
To be continued... (Vincent locates planet, start of the Shadow Ring creation)
3) Falling Deeper
4) The new Era
(even tho the story part seems to not get updated often, I'm writing the story first in a file on my computer before copy pasting it here. Even tho I tend to do things slowly.. T-T)
