The Mutant[]
Long ago, a tribe of Mobians decided to attempt to stop the Echidna Tribe’s ruthless hunt for the Chaos Emeralds. The tribe of hedgehogs and tenrecs would have easily overpowered the Echidnas, so, Chief Pachacamac devised a plan, the hedgehogs and tenrecs are unable to dig as well as the Echidna, so, he decided he would seal them underground to never be seen ever again. Using a small war band of easily disposable warriors he led the opposing tribe underground, sealing them away with a massive, indestructible plate of steel. When the Chief’s Daughter was caught trying to free them she was executed, her crimes were as follows: Blasphemy, attempted freeing of criminals, and associating with the emerald guardian Chaos.
You may ask yourself, what does this have to do with Plague? Well, my friends, the history books only have half of the story. Underground they starved, rapidly adapting due to their natural speed mutating rapidly, running out of the few resources they had left, they eventually devoured the corpses of the echidna war band, gaining a taste for flesh, they soon ran out of the echidna meat, their subterranean farms ran dry. In a period of famine, after two weeks of starving they sadly had no choice, they took on the somber practice of devouring their own tribe members, However, even that food source ran dry. One powerful member of this tribe, one with great potential was born, however, it was in a time of low fertility, the powerful, highly intelligent mutant regretfully devoured his community through the years, until only he was left, with his mutations he eventually smashed through the rusted metal barrier, escaping, vowing revenge on the Echidnas for trapping them, and on all Mobians for leaving their allies to rot.
Appearance[]
His appearance can very however he usually takes one of two forms:
Disguise: A thin, incredibly tall lavender hedgehog with white and yellow accents and an unconvincing fleshy, somewhat wrinkled face.
True Form: An even taller, incredibly muscular hedgehog that is so black he absorbs all light that hits him, glowing yellow eyes and hungry, jagged teeth.
Notable Shared Physical Traits: He has yellow blood and glowing yellow eyes no matter the form he takes.

- Shape-Shifting (Limitless, however, reality manipulation and abilities not a part of a physical form cannot be replicated, and he has a size limitation of 34’6

- Disease/Poison Injection (Highly fatal toxic virus can be produced through his saliva or claws

- Can be destroyed if all parts of the body are wiped from existence
- Morals (Will hesitate and refuse to attack certain people, children, mothers, pregnant women, crippled targets that were not crippled by him.)
