Primordial Majin is a take on Majin/Mazin the official SEGA character. He is a version created by Buffplum and exists inside of the Xskotos Universe.
Appearance[]
Primordial Majin has long skeletal limbs. His feet have completely broken through his shoes which seem to have heels in order to support his large clawed feet. He doesn’t wear any gloves and has large clawed hands. He also has an extremely elongated neck and tail.
His face is similar to normal Majin’s except for the fact that two large horns are coming out of his eyes. Across his whole body are symptoms of his body falling apart large patches of black with white spots that are signs of him rotting away. These are commonly in the middle of his arms, end of his tail, and on his large quill coming out of his head. He may also occasionally have lumps on his body where his essence has gathered and begin to get ready to fall off of him.
The middle of his chest is missing as he has slowly fallen apart and decayed, however his belly is rounded out slightly full of the bodies of the children he has eaten.
The God[]
Primordial Majin is actually the ancient God of Joy. He had blessed various people with the ability to spread his joy. His believers and followers often basking in the warmth of his kindness and feeling happy all the time. Those blessed by him can easily spread joy with those around them. As modern times progressed he started to bless toy companies and later video game companies with the ability to spread joy to children.
He was so pleased with all the joy he was spreading and especially with how SEGA spread joy that he decided to allow children to have a glimpse of him within the game. He manipulated the team working on a the Sonic CD game to include an easter egg where he would appear. He wanted to be directly responsible for spreading joy after centuries of doing it through others. He was excited to see how the kids would react to him and appreciate everything he had done for them. He inserts himself into the game under the name 魔人 (Majin) which means "magic person" to refer to himself as in the game.
However this isn't what had happened at all. Instead of excited joy of the children that he was expecting, he was met with fear. The children were actually scared of him and his appearance. This confused Majin and actually led to him having a complete mental breakdown, completely unable to accept that the children didn't find joy in him but rather just his powers. He began to believe that no one would enjoy him despite him being a god of joy. The people he loves seem to hate him and he goes into a depression.
As his mental state started to crumble more and more he started to slack on his job and just wander endlessly trying to have the contradiction make sense in his mind. He wanders through games, the space between worlds and all over the place. He body then started to deteriorate and fill up with unused power that accumulated and created large lumps across his body. These vats of power and falling off skin would collect into lumps across it's body. when the lumps got heavy enough they would fall off of him and a new Majin would be born. Since the Majin born this way do not come to consciousness till long after Primordial has left in his wandering most of them are unaware of other Majin or where they came from. The Majin born off of him then tried to continue with his mission to have fun with others.
As his physical body finally started to rot away fully he stops inside of large forest, sitting on a rock still trying to rack his brain around his existence and not finding any joy in his own life. As he sits there more and more Majin are born and the forest starts to absorb his dying body too. By the time his body is completely decomposed, there is a whole Majin village now tucked away in the forest and the area also reflects the Majin.
The Dead God[]
Once his physical body is gone, Primordial Majin moves onto the plain of dreams. Here he finally decides to try again and see if children are really scared of him, still not really being able to believe that its real that his avatar is scary. He goes into the dreams of children in order to have fun with them. Still nervous about his appearance he watched the children like a hawk for their reactions. If the child is having fun and willingly plays with him Primordial Majin will bless the child with Joy that lasts for about a week or so and he feels good about visiting dreams and will be more active. However if the kid shows any kind of fear, Primordial freaks out and ends up stealing the child's soul, putting them in a coma. Afterwards he gets depressed and does not appear as much for a while. If he even doubts the kid is having fun he will start to freak out more and more.
While he lives in dreams he also is able to appear in EXE dreams. He is connected through the unconsciousness.
He is able to find Unused Remnant when he first falls out of his world and connect to his subconscious and lead him to becoming a fully conscious being rather than just staying as a vessel. He does still visit Remnant in dreams to discuss things and the two start off a friendship, discussing topics of identity.
Primordial Majin is also still connected to the village where his body lays. That is the only place he can return to in order to see anything of the world outside of dreams. He bares witness to the destruction of the village and the consumption of the Majin that live there by Dark Fleetway who becomes Supernova there. Primordial Maijin does try and talk to him but is unsuccessful to reason with the demon. As punishment, the cracks that form inside of Supernova's mind are kept from healing by Primordial using the power of the Majin that live inside of the demon. As long as Majin are inside of him his mind will never heal. Sadly this does not discourage him from eating Majin, but makes Supernova want to eat more to get the drunk feeling inside his fractured mind. The more he loses himself the more he can hear Primordial though.
Potential[]
Since Primordial Majin is a god, his powers are limitless, however his failure to stick to his job of spreading joy and lack of believers and followers has left his rather rotten and forgotten. This makes him near powerless besides landing children in comas when stealing their souls.
Trivia[]
- He is completely unaware of the fact that Expedition is looking for him and experimenting on his Majin to figure out where they come from.
- Primordial Majin does like making friends with other EXEs and is usually nice as long as no one comments on his appearance.
- He does like Rankles and the two of them have a lot of fun playing with each other.
- He has a old shrine in the Nothingness that Majin will visit, often times to just tell him about their issues, or to put the body of a fallen Majin.
