SMiles is, at its core, just another take on Sonic.EXE, the main difference being that the exe takes the form of a Tails vessel. They're a type of "god" possessing a variety of objects, from disks to cartridges and anything that lets you play his game.
Story[]
Born from the void, an odd entity calling itself Shifuku manages to make its way into the human world, albeit in a more apparition-like form. Determined to take over the human race, he manages to find a couple of items (disc, cartridge, etc.) to possess. During their search, they come across a dreary looking man, and are able to convince them to spread their word, starting a type of cult.
Shifuku, taking the interest of Sonic The Hedgehog 2 for the Sega Genesis, takes the form of the Tails Vessel. As for the game itself, it bases it off of the overall Sonic.EXE games. Over time, it managed to get its first three souls, as well as more members of the "Cult of Bliss". The only problem left was the design for the vessels.
SMiles didn't want them to be the exact same characters, and he needed to get stronger somehow, so he decided to give it the appearance and abilities of its "predecessors", only weaker. Taking pieces of identity from X, Chaotix, and Starved, it managed to create the first three spirits of its game: DX, Chaoz, and Straggler.
Story is currently a work in progress. Will be completed later.
Potential[]
- World Travelling - He's able to "visit" our world, as well as go into the worlds and games of other EXEs and Sonicpastas, allowing him to extract anything of them for his victims.
- Body Morphing - He is able to turn the end of its tails into hands.
- Void - Lies behind the image. If a limb or any part of someone should end up inside it, it would immediately be maimed beyond use.
- Effective Immortality - Although the spirit itself can decay, the vessel remains perfectly intact with all of its abilities, ready to accept the soul of its best follower.
- Flight - Should be obvious, given how they're a Tails EXE. They're able to fly without using their tails, but still use them for the sake of "style".
- Game Alteration - Able to change the game at his will.
- Code Breaching - If he is unable to get any sample of an EXE(ex. quill, fur, blood), then they are able to copy code from whatever game they're in, if able to.
- Copying - Can use any basic EXE move, like teleportation, hallucinations, invisibility, things like that.
- Height Alteration - He's able to grow and shrink as an excuse for poor sizing
Weaknesses[]
- Lack of strength - A lot of EXEs are probably able to defeat him outside of his own game. This is, in a way, what the other vessels are for.
- Limitations - They're not able to do much in the real world, so they rely on the copies of the game
- Ego (Successors) - Many of SMiles' new "controllers" suffer from this, given how they're now an all powerful being ruling over a domain of peasants.
- Stupidity (Shifuku) - It's stupid, surprisingly.
- Cold - He hates it. It won't stop him, but he's less focused when cold.
Trivia[]
- SMiles' image can be changed to accommodate for whatever style it's going for.
- Aside from the typical EXE games, it's able to invade other games, such as Deltarune, Super Mario 64, and so on.
- SMiles was originally going to act a bit like 2017X, wanting to make the player (and vessels) believe it truly IS Tails.
- Despite this, it still wants to be your friend, <insert name here>!
- When the game isn't active, Shifuku is a bit more lenient towards the others.
- SMiles enjoys building puzzles, but he prefers to stick with smaller pieces
- Rarely, he'll get help from his victims, like DX, in exchange for a "longer life".

A friend?[]
One of SMiles' first victims, DX is the possessor of the Sonic/X vessel. He (hypothetically) takes the role of Tails in the game, being the first one to fall. When not fighting for his life or "complying with the game", DX spends his time strolling through the lands of the game, playing with puzzles, or simply testing his abilities, which consist of:
Appearance[]
DX looks a lot like the original Sonic.EXE(MY5TCrimson), albeit the fading red shoes and slightly grey gloves. In his remodel, he is planned to have a crystal on the palm of his left hand.
Personality[]
Somewhat calm and collective, not bothering SMiles when he shouldn't. Can still be aggressive and put up a good fight.
Potential[]
Flight - He's able to fly, similarly to X.
Speed - He's a Sonic vessel. Sonic is fast. Therefore, so is DX.
Item Manifestation (Redesign) - When his redesign comes out, DX will be able to manifest items such as weapons, consoles, and even drinks via a type of crystal on their right hand.
Weaknesses[]
Weak - He's still only a vessel, after all.
Apathy - He's gotten used to the cycle.
