The Tale[]
Unlike the X that we know, This form of X doesn't rule over his world with an iron fist. In Fact he may have lost total control, all tied to a revolution against him started by the people he swore he owned.
Origins of X[]
Much like a story we’ve heard before, X was an entity born in the void. He drifted along until he found humanity, he would watch them from afar in amusement and laughing at their suffering, until one year, in September of 1993 a show would release by the name of Sonic The Hedgehog. Now, X had already been rather fond of the character of the same name from his Debut in the video game industry two years prior, but this show made him obsessed.
Over the years coming this obsession would snowball into one action, X would create his own world, a world based on the show he’d dedicated his life to before hand.
Early years[]
When X made his domain, he had an idea, instead of making husks of characters he would use human souls and recondition them to behave like his favorite characters, unfortunately this would later be the cause of his downfall. He would poke and prod them to see how’d they’d break as a twisted form of entertainment.
Start of the Revolution[]
After over 50 years, X’s victims became sick and tired of being his playthings. X found this humorous and in response said, “alright, this sounds like an interesting game, let me know when you surrender,”. X foolishly thinking this was a game went easy on his subjects, This would seal his fate.
Personality[]
X used to be a sadistic, violent person, finding joying in putting down others. But as time went on X became aggravated, desperate, and deranged. Constantly trying to assert his authority of king by keeping this facade, believing that anyone challenging this ideals are attempting to disrespect him, and if he reaches the breaking point, X will become frantic and irrational.
Mode of capture[]
X loves to infest himself in VHS tapes, when a SatAM tape is being played X will know and will watch you from afar from the multiple windows that open and will drag you in if he finds you interesting, When you wake, you'll find yourself in robotropolis and will be immediately put to use.

Hector Rivera[]
Hector Rivera was a 19 year old sonic fan in New York in 1994, living with his mother. He had loved the SatAM and was ecstatic to find a VHS copy of his favorite episodes, but when he put it in to his tape player and started watching he felt dizzy, Really dizzy and passed out on the floor. When Hector woke up he found himself In the form of Miles "tails" Prower.
After 50 years of being tormented by X, Hector had enough, He declared war against X, and would become the leader or the freedom fighters.
Hector isn't very open to people often only caring about the mission seeming angry or tired, he cares for other although doesn't often show it, he enjoys time off in Knothole and is calmer there.

The Angel[]
Shortly after the war started, an angel by the name of Arioch noticed the concerning amount of human disappearances, eventually he would find the culprit. Arioch had seen what X was doing to these poor people and made a choice, to help them. He took the form of Uncle Chuck and introduced himself to the freedom fighters.
When X saw he was confused, he didn't remember giving any souls a Chuck vessel, but when he realized what this meant he became various, finding out these people were actually fighting for their freedom he called off the game and declared full war, but it was too late by this time Arioch had already placed a shield around the entirety of Knothole giving them the upper hand and making this, their first victory.
The power ring[]
Arioch not being fully able to protect everyone on the battlefield at once created power rings. The rings can Heal 5 injured people at once, and if a soldier were to have died giving them the ring will place a temporary shield around their soul so they can be brought back to Knothole for Arioch to revive them without X reclaiming their soul. A single ring lasts 24 hours before its power drains, If the ring is used before then it will lose all its power after doing its task.

Knothole, Home of the freedom fighters, is a large village with clear skies. Knothole is a safe haven for refugees thanks to the angelic shield placed around the village, this is the only area in X's domain where he can't go. This is where you can also find the lake of rings.
Robotropolis[]
Robotropolis, X's turf is weathered and crumbling apart, with dozens of streets filled with debris and banners belonging to King X to try and validate his title as king, all this topped off with a dark grey sky. Where Robotnik's lair once sat is now a castle Extremely similar to the one the X we know has. But X's revelations don't end there, towns and villages created with the same architecture infest the already existing infrastructure.
Cults[]
around the turn of the millennium X decided to increase his grasp on the human race. He watched a select few all over the world to see if they were worthy. Then one day he spoke to them, promised that one day they would receive immense power, as long as they would bring new souls, and for 12 of these people their reward would be granted.

- Mobius is in an eternal winter, the only place where it' not constantly snowing is in Knothole.
