Hello~
― Sokra, Round 1 (Kseno)

Sokra (/ˈsɑkɹə/) is an EXE that was created by Angrythemodder in 2025. He is the overarching protagonist of Sonic.exe: The House in the Dark and is the Friday Night Funkin': The Demonic Trinity equivalent of Bandado and is the guardian angel of Thomas Miller, and helped Thomas win against Kseno. He was created on an unknown date in 2025 as the antithesis of Kseno.

The Benevolent Guardian[]

Sokra is the overarching protagonist of Sonic.exe: The House in the Dark, the Friday Night Funkin': The Demonic Trinity equivalent of Bandado, and is Thomas Miller's guardian angel who helped Thomas win against Kseno. Sokra was also Japhet and Faiana's guardian angel, who helped them win against Kseno even when all hope seemed to have been lost (Kseno negated Faiana's powers).

Sokra was born from Chaos, the same primordial state of disorder that gave birth to Kseno. Much like Kseno, Sokra was part of the Preborn species and eventually gained sentience and found Earth. Unlike Kseno, Sokra saw the good aspects of humanity, rather than the bad aspects, and Sokra decided to assist humanity right then and there.

Sokra's goal is to destroy Kseno, or at the very least stop him from becoming God. After watching Kseno take many victims, Sokra decided to finally put a stop to Kseno and prevent Tom from joining the victims that Kseno had claimed. Sokra was fascinated by humanity just as much as Kseno was. Sokra assisted in the foundation of the Cardinal Eye Society, also known as the Guardian Angels.

Appearance[]

Sokra's appearance is similar to Doctor Eggman's Classic design; however, there are numerous differences in his appearance.

His appearance features a totally spherical torso with thin, but proportionate arms and legs. He wears a yellow top with a short red cape attached to his shoulders by a triangular collar, black pants with bronze shoes, and a pair of large silver buttons on the front. This outfit is complemented by white gloves, but the glasses are completely absent, revealing a pair of small eyes with white pupils and orange sclera. His mustache is neatly groomed with three tufts sticking out at each end. His small bald head and mustache are white, and a bronze double-edged sword sticks out of his mouth. His face glows like the sun shining in all of its brilliance, and the rest of his body radiates a golden glow. In his right hand, he holds seven miniature white stars.

The Tale[]

Round -2[]

On June 1, AD 6, in a universe that had not been born yet, there was Chaos, a cosmological void state that preceded the creation of the universe, the same one that was in early Greek cosmology. There was nothing before Chaos, but there was something after Chaos. That something was Kseno, who was born from the cataclysm brought on by multiple forms of primordial energy that accidentally collided simultaneously, much like how DNA was accidentally created. Kseno was purely composed of primordial energy.

After he was born, he wandered the void of space, floating in the dark as a giant blob of pure dark energy with two red irises, wandering like a bacterium in the absence of food. It replicated and behaved like a normal bacterium until the 100,000th instance, which mutated and gained sentience. He thought he was alone, but he later found out that he had a younger brother, Sokra, who was born from Chaos like he was. But Kseno represented darkness, tyranny, and lies, while Sokra represented light, freedom, and truth.

Sokra was born in the same manner and in the same place that Kseno was, that being Chaos, but he was born later, on July 7, AD 7.

Suddenly, Kseno found a window that revealed Earth and all that it had to offer. Here, he watched and learned about humanity and its creations.

Sokra also found that same window. He watched and learned about Earth and the treasures that awaited on the other side, and like Kseno, he created a vessel to house his energy. After some trial and error, he made the perfect vessel and made his way to Earth.

When he first arrived on Earth, he decided right then and there to help humanity, essentially acting as a benevolent god.

Since he represented light, freedom, and truth, he helped establish one of the first democracies and helped foster freedom of speech and various other benevolent actions.

But, during his time on Earth, he felt a disturbance in the universe, almost as if there were a darkness that festered within, and his suspicions were confirmed when he came across a certain boogeyman that terrorized the Earth, someone that was like him.

It was his long-lost brother, Kseno.

However, Kseno's goals and Sokra's goals were complete contrasts of one another; Sokra wanted to help humanity, while Kseno wanted humanity for himself.

The two fought, though Kseno instigated the fight, and the results were devastating to say the least. The sky flickered between day and night, earthquakes were more frequent, darkness fell upon the Earth, and various other devastating disasters were caused by their abilities during the fight.

It was the end of the world as humanity knew it.

Or so they thought.

Sokra emerged victorious in the battle, and Kseno fled to Tengoku.

After that battle, Sokra decided to do one more thing before he hibernated, and that was to assist in the establishment of an organization. So, on January 9, AD 73, which was one day after the fight between Sokra and Kseno, Sokra decided to pay Pope Linus a visit in Rome.

He informed him that the Earth was in danger and that there were evils that needed to be combated, contained, and studied. Sokra gifted Pope Linus the first "Holy Ball" and disappeared. Pope Linus was left to ponder whether or not to do what he was told. He thought that Sokra was God and that he was given a mission to rid the world of Satan's influence; thus, he established the Cardinal Eye Society, also known as the Guardian Angels.

Meanwhile, Sokra teleported back to the scene of the battle that took place between him and Kseno and decided to enter the portal to a pocket dimension and hibernate.

He hibernated for one thousand twenty-four years...

Until...

Round -1[]

He awakened after he felt that Kseno's evil presence was stronger than before.

He made his way back to Earth, though Earth had changed significantly ever since the last time he was there, and teleported to the house of a programmer named Hans Miller.

By the time he got there, it was already too late.

What he found in the wake of the explosion was nothing but rubble and a disc that somehow survived the explosion.

But what did it mean?

It meant that Kseno found a way to achieve his goal.

Sokra could not sit by and let this happen.

So, he teleported back to Rome to inform the pope, who was the leader of the Cardinal Eye Society.

Sokra was glad that the organization was still around and had not been disestablished.

The leader of the Cardinal Eye Society at that time was Pope John Paul II, and he immediately recognized Sokra, since he matched the description of Sokra that was given by the founder of the society, Pope Linus.

Sokra told Pope John Paul II that Kseno was not only still on Earth, but that he grew stronger and that capturing Kseno would be the society's highest priority.

Pope John Paul II found it strange how no one saw Sokra for one thousand twenty-four years, but decided to follow Sokra's instructions without question.

Sokra teleported back to the battlefield, where he and Kseno fought back in AD 73 and went back to his pocket dimension.

Round 0[]

Sokra watched everything on Earth unfold from his pocket dimension, confident that the Cardinal Eye Society would be able to stop Kseno, but try as they might, while they did somewhat intervene, they were unable to fully prevent the murders from occurring. But then Sokra realized that Kseno did not work alone. Kseno had a cult called the Children of the Fallen Star, who helped Kseno gather souls in his attempt to gather all soul types to become God.

Sokra witnessed Kseno murder Kyle Scott, who sent the disc to his best friend, Thomas Miller. Sokra decided right then and there to help Tom and prevent him from joining his friend in the afterlife.

Round 1[]

This story is currently being written, and this section is subject to change.

Sokra returned to Earth again and teleported to Tom's house and used the power of fiction travel, and entered the disc. But the disc was a portal to Kseno's domain, and that did not matter to Sokra, who took on the form of Doctor Eggman to anger Kseno.

He teleported behind Kseno and whispered "Hello~" behind Kseno's shoulder, and Kseno french-kissed him. Sokra then teleported away.

Round 2[]

After Tom defeated Kseno in Round 1, Sokra decided to remain on Earth, in case Kseno returned.

He did.

And he was back with a vengeance, and it wasn't even a year later.

Detective Derek Green was captured by the Children of the Fallen Star and was confronted by Shannon Goldman. Derek thought that after he destroyed the disc, it would put a stop to Kseno's murders, but Shannon proved that it was no use, since the Children of the Fallen Star made multiple copies of the disc in case the original was destroyed. Shannon then called her followers to perform a ritual that summoned Kseno.

But, just as Kseno was about to suck out Derek's soul to kill him, Sokra teleported just in time to intervene and helped Derek defeat Kseno; however, Derek lost his life in the process, but it was a worthy sacrifice that saved the world.

After he was defeated, Kseno was driven back to Tengoku and fell into what seemed like an endless slumber.

But it wasn't endless.

Sokra went back to his pocket dimension and fell into a deep sleep.

Fourteen years had passed...

Friday Night Funkin': The Demonic Trinity[]

Kseno awoke from his slumber again, but so did Sokra. Two teenagers named Japhet and Faiana, on August 25, 2012, accidentally awoke Kseno from his slumber in their search for fun.

Sokra teleported to Japhet and Faiana's house and teleported into the game again, because he was going to stop Kseno once again, and this time, he was intent on making sure that Kseno would never terrorize the Earth again.

Personality[]

Despite taking on the appearance of Doctor Eggman, Sokra is kind and benevolent, having a fatherly demeanor when speaking to humans. He is constantly withdrawn, usually lying dormant and rarely awakening from his slumber.

He also types in Comic Sans.

Potential[]

  • Nigh-Omnipotence: He can do whatever he desires, which means that he can do anything, everything, and nothing.

Trivia[]

  • Sokra's birthdate was originally the same as Kseno's, that being June 6, AD 6; however, this was retconned to be July 7, AD 7, since that spells out 7/7/7, the number of God.
  • His name is derived from the pronunciation of the name of the Ancient Greek philosopher Socrates. His relationship is inspired by Apophis and Maat, who were two ancient Egyptian gods who were mortal enemies. The relationship between It and Maturin also inspired this relationship.
  • His appearance is inspired by Revelation chapter 1, verse 15.
  • This page was created due to popular demand.
  • The Cardinal Eye Society's name was created when Angrythemodder heard a northern cardinal after coming back home, and was planning on calling it "The Society", and was thinking of the "Blind Eye" from Gravity Falls, and thus, the Cardinal Eye Society was born. The Cardinal Eye Society was also based on the Templars and is the SCP Foundation equivalent of Friday Night Funkin': The Demonic Trinity.
  • The society was originally founded on December 26, 1973, in Canada by this timeline's variant of Pope Paul VI. The date was a reference to the release date of The Exorcist. However, this was retconned so that it was established on January 9, AD 73, which is written out as 1/9/73; when the slashes are removed, it spells out "1973", the year that The Exorcist was released.
  • He originally was omnipotent, but this was changed for balancing reasons.
  • Similar to Kseno, Sokra was originally male, but the gender was changed since he is nigh-omnipotent and can become anything and everything. This was also changed since the female gender is the opposite of the male one.
