Starshed (also known as star by) is a creation that was meant to be made as a character for the super Mario bros NE system, before Nintendo came up with mario.
The tale[]
Starshed was created by Nintendo as a game character before mario's existence, until one day something happened to star's code and ended up being completely wiped.
after her code was wiped, Nintendo completely forgotten about Star.
then decided to make a character named mario, that's when mario's existence was created.
star was never heard of again..
somehow a decade later, when Sega began to sprang into popularity.
Nintendo found out that her code wasn't wiped.
Sega had contacted them, They left a voice mail that played something along the lines of.
"おい。"
「こちらは日本のセガ企業です。ここ数日間あなたが話しているキャラクターがいます。スターという名前のキャラクターですか？そうです。マリオよりも前にあなたがこれを作ったことがわかりました、そうですね...名前はこうです。」 「スターシェッド」それが何を意味するかはわかりませんが、その理由はわかりません。でも、そのキャラクターを元に戻してください。なぜなら、キャラクターは私の従業員と会話を試み続け、「解放してください!」と言い続け、システムの遅れを引き起こすからです。私たちはすでに試みました。コードを変更するためにキャラクターデザインを変更し、もしかしたら直してくれるかもしれないが、いや、今はさらに壊れているので、私や私の労働者の問題ではなく、あなたがそれを取り戻すつもりですか。」
Nintendo never took StarShed back nor responded to the voice mail, and Sega still "Has" her in their hands.

(how did StarShed's existence come to be?)
-the actual creator (me) likes smb (super Mario bros), and mmv2 (Mario's Madness v2) and at the same time, being a sonic fan.
-Thought of the peta analog horror when making this (this was also inspo)
-Hoshiko is another name I chose for StarShed because the name "Hoshiko" means "A child of the stars"
-Starshed isn't a Japanese entity, she was made for America. However, she programmed herself to learn japanese overtime

-after Nintendo didn't respond to the voice mail, basically ignoring them, Sega begin to deeply despise nintendo for giving them a spammy glitch that won't stop crashing their system, and nintendo despises sega for the "Disrespectful" Voice message, so now both companies hate each other

Facts About Kantai Yasuo[]
Kantai Yasuo is a 36 year old man who works head of the corporate of Nintendo japan, He is 5'4. Kantai Created Starshed as representation of his Daughter, who went missing. So as to commemorate her, he made the character since she loved stars and outer space. Kantai lives a simple life by himself, he used to be married, but he and his wife divorced due to things not working out, they still keep in touch. They are friends, his wife's name was "Hikari Yasuo" former last name being "Ito". Kantai suffers from Myopia (nearsightedness) and on rare occasions, He will wear reading glasses. Kantai is very chill and will come off as stubborn at moments, and he despises disrespect whatsoever.
Facts About Makoto Hatake[]
Makoto Hatake is a 27 year old man who works head of the corporate of Sega japan. He is a anthropomorphic hedgehog and he is 5'8. When Makoto discovered Star, he renamed her to "Hoshiko"(child of the stars). Makoto is a introverted and comes off as cocky when he is being interacted with or is interacting. Makoto has a girlfriend named Miu Akane, however her appearance is unknown as he doesn't like talking about her. Makoto suffers from Tritanopia, which makes it difficult to tell whether his creation(Sonic) is Blue or green due to this, he sometimes sees sonic as green.

I found out you made this before Mario, before our game company even existed. but uh... its name says "Starshed" whatever that means,I don't why. but Do you want the character back- because it keeps trying to talk to my workers- and it keeps saying "FREE ME!" and its lagging up our systems. we already tried to change the character design so it would change its code, and maybe fix it. But no, its broken even more now. so are you going to take it back since its your creation, and not me or my worker's problem. "
(the voice mail is in Japanese since both corps take place in Japan. both being the the perspective of a Japanese character, and two Japanese enterprises. Nintendo & Sega.)

Makoto is technically a father to StarShed due to Kantai discarding starshed completely and Sega somehow obtaining her., Cyb3r is afraid of Makoto due to him being Star's lover. Makoto tends to try to to intimidate Cyb3r but they get along pretty well.
