SurroSound the Somali, originally known as Blast the Hedgehog is an OC created by Sinny The Fennec. He originates from the creator's Super Smash Bros. 3DS Cartridge, being a version of Sonic with Custom Moves.
It wasn't until his first appearance on Youtube (October 22, 2020) where he would be put into Sonic Pulse. After this, he would get distinct artwork and he soon develops into his own character, being friends with Foxer, Alexandra, and Meteltron Mouse. He's one of the Six Main Characters within Frenzational Alters, alongside them, Malice, and Kaizer.
He's voiced by tired_little_sh.
The Toon[]
As the Third Member of the Disaster Toons, SurroSound is the voice of reason between him, Foxer and Alexandra. He's a very layback chill dude who can be snarky, chill and sarcastic. Out of the three, He's the most composed of his group as well. He often emphasizes with Erin the Salamander due to both of them just rolling with the punches. When verbally teased or disrespected, he can be very blunt, and rude.
Surro is often the first to catch on and tries to keep his guard up, often taking the threats seriously. He often tries to handle more than he can chew which can get him into trouble at times. While Surro doesn't show it much, He cares for the people around him and values his friendships.
Appearance[]
Original Design[]
Surro's original design was a recolor of Sonic. He was an anthropomorphic hedgehog with light blue and peach fur. His wore white gloves and his shoes were yellow with white bands. Within Crossover Sonic 3D RPG, the only change he got was that he got a Mowhawk, similar to Sonic's US Box Art Depictions.
Legacy Design[]
Surro's Design changes drastically. His spine cut and overall design takes influence from Junio Sonic. He's an anthropomorphic hedgehog (later Atelerix) now with periwinkle blue fur. He has gold ring cuffs, a yellow necklace with a pearl in it, and yellow shoes with a large flame on the end. His arms have indents which show where his fur touches his arms. He also has a long tail.
Current Design[]
SurroSound is mainly the same aside with a few changes. He gains some type of pointy eyeliner. His peach colors are now a light brown to better balance his color palette. His spines were redone and were given yellow tips on the end. His tail will get this tip as well.
Powers[]
Sound/Wave/Airwave Manipulation: Can create different Sound frequencies and uses them as a form of attacks or distraction. Can be Sonic Booms, Different Shockwaves, Can play around and mess with music etc.
Sound/Wave/Airwave Absorber: Can absorb his own powers and even Wind Users as a form of healing.
- Mantra Manipulation: Often done to buff other characters and can keep him out of Fatal Scenerios, Can also influence character emotions and acts as healer for his friends.
- Toon Force: Similar to Foxer's. Allows Surro to mess with the laws of physics, mess with different dimensions and break the fourth wall as well as interact with non-physical interactions.
- Surro can resist having his emotions manipulated as well having his Toon Force screwed by Power Absorption, Nullification and Sealing.

Side Special: Burning Spin Dash/Hammer Spin Dash (swaps between both)
Up Special: Springing Headbutt/Double Spring (swaps between both)

Foxer's Feudalising Frenzy[]
SurroSound was one of the characters within the OG Build. He appears within a cover of For Hire. He'll reappear in the soft-reboot of the mod known as Foxer and AlexAndra: Frenzational Alters.
The Foxer and AlexAndra (and SurroSound) Show[]
SurroSound is the secondary host of this Unused and Majin Parody who is introduced in Episode 3. King the Deomyinae (originally a hedgehog) is Responsible for this show's existance, pairing AlexAndra with Foxer to see what would happen. Foxer and Alexandra add Surro to their mitts to add some kind of variety.
Ep.3: Over and Under Faux is where Foxer and Friends meet Makai and Faux. They explain to them that they've altered reality in order to stop antagonistic forces from Fran Bow. This episode is an in-universe transition from Feudalising Frenzy to Frenzational Alters.
Trivia[]
- SurroSound is technically Sinny's oldest creation apart from Meteltron.
- SurroSound's current design and some of his FNF Poses are clearly based on Nagito. Kaizer calls Surro "Nagy the Hogy" as a cute little nickname to tease him.
- Surro takes influence from Junio Sonic which some of his old spine cuts tried to mimic. His gloves and shoes are oversized. Surro's Eyes are curved on opposites to convey this as well.
- Surro can make his hands go into a simple ball shape like Junio in some of his frames.
- Surro's design is clearly based off Sonic's Yellow Smash Bros. Alt he's had since Brawl.
- SurroSound and Foxer have known each other prior the the events of Demonic Throwdown.
- Surro's EXE Form takes the purple from Majin Sonic's Color Palette.
- SurroSound also helped out in the resistance (from Sonic Forces) but didn't get PTSD during the events of the game due to Meta Reasons (Sonic Forces didn't go all in with its plot.)
- SurroSound before meeting Foxer and Alexandra had a job of a sales person. He also made weapons out of Monster Energy Drinks.
- Foxer, Alexandra and SurroSound can each defeat Composite Versions of the Deadly Six. The Three on their own can wreck those Koopa Kid Rejects.
- Surro was colored in using Senpai's Color Palette.
- SurroSound has been redesigned twice during the course of the Feudalising Frenzy's Development.
